A Clare Auctioneer believes over-regulation of Airbnbs will lead to a mass exodus of landlords from the market.
The Department of Tourism is attempting to introduce the Short-Term Tourist Letting Bill, which would require hosts making their premises available to tourists for longer than 21 days, to apply for change of use planning permission.
