The Clare Association is holding its annual awards dinner dance this weekend.
The event, taking place in the Falls Hotel in Ennistymon on Saturday will honour prominent figures in the county for their contribution to improving local society.

Dr. Susan Crawford from Miltown Malbay will receive the Clare Person of the Year Award for her work to support autistic children, teens and adults in the county.
Dr. Crawford says the award will shine a light on the lived experience of autistic people.
