The Clare branch of the Abortion Rights Campaign has described the proposed Citizen's Assembly on the Eighth Amendment as a delay tactic.

Enda Kenny will begin the process of setting up the assembly next week and has warned that if a referendum was held in October to remove the amendment, he doesn't believe it would pass.
While Tanaiste Francis Fitzgerald insists that there's concern over what would replace the Eighth, which currently recognises the equal right to life of a mother and her unborn baby.
But Arlene Murphy from Clare ARC says it's time to start trusting women.
