Clare Animal Welfare is running a scheme to subsidise people having their pet neutered or spayed throughout August.
The dog rescue charity will pay a substantial part of the cost, as part of their philosophy of reducing the number of unwanted pets in the county.

Clare Animal Welfare, which finds new homes for neglected, abused and abandoned animals, will also subsidise the cost of having your dog microchipped.
Their Director, Ciara Copeland is urging people to avail of the scheme as soon as possible.
