Clare has the 5th greatest enrolment rate of Ukrainian students in the country.
Just over 900 Ukrainian students are now receiving an education in the Banner County since the onset of the war in February of last year.

570 Ukrainian pupils are attending primary schools in Clare while 332 are enrolled in second level institutions here.
Only counties Cork, Donegal, Dublin and Kerry are hosting more Ukrainian students than Clare with a total of 13,753 students from the war torn state studying at primary and secondary schools nationwide.
