Claims Slow Planning Process Restricting Clare Housing Supply

It’s claimed planning delays and a lack of government incentives are restricting private housing supply in Clare.

The latest quarterly report from my Home.ie shows the average price of a home here is now €265,000; an increase of over €26,000 in just three months.

Clare recorded the fifth-highest jump in house prices nationwide between January and March, while supply fell by 10% in the same timeframe.
