The number of residential properties under construction in Clare in 2020 was lower than usual, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
GeoDirectory CEO Dara Keogh says the ideal rate of vacancy in a county is somewhere between 5 and 7 per cent, and the current rate here may allow the market to grow.
