Christchurch remembers victims of 2011 Quake

People in New Zealand have paused for two minutes’ silence to mark the first anniversary of the Christchurch earthquake, which left 185 people dead including two Irishmen.
                 
The 6-point-3-magnitude earthquake in February 2011 flattened office blocks and toppled buildings onto lunchtime crowds.
                 
60-thousand people gathered for a memorial at Christchurch’s Hagley Park.
