That’s according to a new survey by Barnardos which says that most young people want to go to college, but don’t feel that the support is always there to do so.
The report, launched this morning, recommends that the state make primary education completely free.
Barnardos CEO Fergus Finlay says it would cost the government a little, but would be worth a lot to families
