Claims Children Dropped At The Gates Of Ruan School Over Dog Fouling Problem

Clare County Council has recently received a number of complaints relating to the problem near Ruan school in particular, as well as in residential areas around Tulla.

Clare’s County Dog Warden says the local authority will have to take a tough stance on the issue and begin issuing fines to owners for failing to clean up after their dog.
