As Ministers are poised to consider amending travel restrictions over the coming days, the government is facing calls to implement COVID testing in our airport.
The call has come from Newmarket-on-Fergus based chauffeur Pat Keogh, as his industry warns 300 jobs could be permanently lost unless the Government gives the industry a support fund.
This weekend saw over 40 chauffeur companies gather at Shannon Airport, calling for government support for the industry.
