An Antrim man charged with causing grievous bodily harm to his brother in Australia has been granted permission to stay closer to the hospital where his brother is being treated.

31-year-old Patrick Lyttle was allegedly punched in the head by his 33-year-old brother Barry Lyttle following a minor disagreement outside a nightclub on January 3rd.
Patrick's condition was initially described as critical, but he has since regained consciousness.
