The Chair of the Save Ennistymon Heritage group is criticising an Enhancement Plan earmarked for the North Clare town.
Clare County Council is currently receiving feedback from stakeholders on the plan, with a public consultation process having concluded.

New parking and pedestrian facilities are planned, along with making the Inagh River ‘more accessible’ to both locals and tourists.
However, Save Ennistymon Heritage Chair Denis Vaughan feels some of the changes being examined to the town are too radical.
