Central Bank Refunds Millions To Bank Customers

The Central Bank says it's considering taking action against 11 banks responsible for mis-selling financial products.

More than €67 million is to be refunded to 77,000 customers who were wrongfully sold payment protection insurance.

The Central Bank says anyone who was mis-sold a PPI in the six years from 2007 – when the Central Bank guidelines were introduced – will get their money back.
