The Cathaoirleach Of Clare County Council says that a new parking site for Scarriff will be crucial to the upkeep of the town.
Clare County Council is currently in the process of acquiring a suitable site for the construction of a 42-space carpark but is yet to give an indication of when the acquisition will be completed.

It’s understood Scariff residents are becoming increasingly “frustrated” with the ongoing lack of parking provision in the town.
Fine Gael Cllr Joe Cooney says infrastructure like this is crucial to saving towns and villages in rural Clare.
