People out hunting or shooting in rural areas of Clare are being urged to remain vigilant, due to the risk of injuring domestic animals.
Gardaí have received a report from a resident in Aylecotty, Quin, who’s cat returned home with a serious leg injury.
It was later discovered by a vet that the cat had been shot and it’s leg was shattered.
