A Clare Fine Gael TD says he’s not happy with the explanations given by the Garda Commissioner relating to the controversies in the force.
However, Deputy Joe Carey insists that he retains confidence in Noirín O’Sullivan to lead the force.
He’s been speaking after the Oireachtas Justice Committee finalised a list of 27 questions to which it is seeking answers by next week.
