A Clare government TD is rejecting opposition claims that the coalition’s Spring Statement is just another set of promises.
Ministers Michael Noonan and Brendan Howlin outlined plans for tax cuts and increased spending in the areas of health, education and childcare in their addresses to the Dáil yesterday.
