Joe Carey has launched an attack on the Government for not doing enough to secure a buyer for the Clarecastle plant.
It comes after Roche confirmed that it has begun phasing out production in Clarecastle, with meetings beginning in recent days.
Recent efforts to secure an investor for the site fell despite strong optimism locally, but Deputy Carey says steps must be taken to secure a new buyer.
