A Clare government TD believes a vacant site of a former Ennis hospital could be the key to attracting foreign direct investment to the county town.
Joe Carey wants to see the Gort Road site of Our Lady’s Hospital re-developed as a high quality enterprise centre – similar to the Shannon Free Zone.
Our Lady’s goes up for sale next month at a reserve price of €800,000 – a drop of half a million on the guide price when it was last on the market two years ago.
