An estimated 40,000 euro worth of drugs has been uncovered at a cannabis growhouse in West Clare.

50 cannabis plants were discovered growing in rented accomodation in Lavalla, Ballynacally aided by lights and air vents on Friday last.
It follows the discovery of over 124 thousand euro worth of cannabis at rented accomodation in Miltown Malbay last month.
Gardaí are following a definite line of enquirey in relation to the find.
