The latest Geo Directory report shows that Shannon had the second highest vacancy rate in the country at the end of June, while Kilrush and Ennis were both among the top ten in the province.

While the industrial town recorded a vacancy rate of 29.9%, the average rent in the area was €1,039 at the end of June, the highest rate in the county.
