A West Clare Councillor is calling for a part Council-funded paint scheme to brighten up the town of Kilrush.
Cllr Bill Chambers will submit the motion on Monday’s meeting of the West Clare Municipal District.

The scheme would be similar to the one which saw Ennis businesses recieve grants to part-fund the painting of their shop fronts in preperation for the Fleadh Cheoil na hEireann.
