It's after OCI President Pat Hickey refused to answer the minister's questions about the ticket touting scandal.
He has also declined a request by the Sports minister to add an independent person to its inquiry into the Olympic ticketing scandal.
The International Olympics Committee, Brazilian authorities and the OCI are all investigating the alleged touting scandal, which comes after Irishman Kevin Mallon was arrested 10 days ago in Rio with hundreds of tickets.
Fine Gael TD Noel Rock says it's worrying.
