A West Clare Councillor says the time has come to “stop hiding” drugs-related issues in the area.
Cathaoirleach of the West Clare Municipal District Ian Lynch is calling for a multifaceted working group to be set up to develop a five year action plan to tackle the problem.
A meeting of some key agencies is to be held next month to discuss interventions for post addiction services in West Clare.
