A cabinet minister says it's up to the people to decide whether Enda Kenny gets to remain as Taoiseach for the rest of the decade.

Paschal Donohoe was responding to comments by his cabinet colleague, Paul Kehoe, who says the Taoiseach intends to keep his job until at least the year 2021.
The Chief Whip says Enda Kenny could win not only a second term next year, but a third term five years later.
But Paschal Donohoe says that's up to voters to decide.
