Tanaiste Says Tulla, Kilkee & Miltown Malbay BOI Customers Should ‘Move On’ Amid Possible Closures

The Tanaiste believes Bank of Ireland customers in Tulla, Kilkee and Miltown Malbay need to ‘move on’ and change their way of banking amid possible branch closures in all three locations.

The institution is currently engaged in a review of its operations, and there have been suggestions the process could lead to the closure of some of the bank’s branch network here.

The three Clare branches were closed at the beginning of the pandemic last year, but have since moved to reducing opening hours.
