The CEO of An Post has ruled out re-examining the closure of Broadford Post Office.
The branch in the East Clare village closed in December on compassionate grounds, with the postal body opting not to advertise the vacant contract.
An Post says criteria its national post office consolidation plan would not present the conditions for it to continue operating services in Broadford.
