Pandemic Led To Shortfall In Available Staff For Multi-National Sector In Midwest

The Director of a Shannon-based recruitment company says significant growth has led to a shortage of staff to fill posts in some sectors.

Careerwise deals predominantly with the multinational sector, which has boomed during the pandemic and is expected to see further growth into the future.

Its Director and Co-Founder says an increase in start-ups and Midwest and many companies expanding, particularly those with US headquarters has led to a shortfall in available staff.
