Clare Government TD Calls For Commercial Rates Revaluation To Be ‘Put On Ice’

A Clare Government TD is calling for the revaluation of commercial rates in this county to be ‘put on ice’.

Some business owners across Clare are reporting significant increases in their annual payments after analysis from the Valuation Office.

The proposed valuations will take effect from January 2024, but ratepayers can make representations to the body up until November 1st this year.
