Bank of Ireland has confirmed that it won’t provide ATM services in Kilkee, Miltown Malbay or Tulla once it closes its branches in the three Clare towns.

The bank currently provides on-street ATMs in Kilkee and Miltown, and has told Clare FM it has no plan to retain those, although in Kilkee, because there is no alternative ATM option, it is looking to establish a service.

In Miltown Malbay the ATM looks set to be removed and the Bank says it has no plans to install an on-street ATM in Tulla – in both towns, there are cash machines in local shops.
