Met Eireann says there’s a slight thaw setting in across the country this morning but motorists are still being urged to take care on the roads after yet another night of freezing temperatures.

Gardaí across Clare have reported no particular problems areas at the moment but caution is urged on all routes while the main street in Killaloe remains closed to traffic due to icy conditions.
Dublin Airport Authority says Shannon Dublin and Cork airports are fully operational this morning, however airport officials are4 still advising intending passengers to contact their airline before leaving home.
