Burren Serving As Inspiration To New Manager Of Historic North Clare Pub

The new proprietor of a historic North Clare pub claims he’s drawing inspiration from the Burren landscape for the venture.

Prior to closing in 2022, Cassidy’s Pub in Carron had been in operation since 1796 and was run by the Cassidy Family since 1830.

The building has previously been an RIC barracks and last opened its doors in 2022.

The establishment’s Manager, Kiril Marinoff, says he wants to do something different.
