A man's body has been recovered from the Shannon Estuary.

The man's remains were discovered yesterday afternoon by members of the Bunratty Search and Rescue team.
It's understood the remains are those of a man in his twenties who is originally from Limerick, and has been missing since just before Chrtistmas.
A post mortem examination is to be carried out.
