The parents of English toddler James Bulger have hit out after one of their son’s killers was released from prison for a second time.

Jon Venables was freed after being locked up in 2010 for downloading images of child abuse.
He had previously served eight years for murdering two-year-old James in Liverpool in 1993. Venables has reportedly been given a fourth new identity.
