TTM are looking to create up to 500 jobs over the next 5 years.
Healthcare recruitment company TTM currently employs 1,200 healthcare professionals and this latest announcement comes through a 30 per cent take over by Irish investment company Broadlake.
TTM headquarters is in Ennis, with offices in Dublin, Cork, the UK, Germany and Poland as well as a large network of international partners across Europe, Africa and Asia.
The company specialises in the recruitment of healthcare staff.

Mayor of Ennis Pat Daly is describing today's announcement as a huge boost for the area.
The jobs are due to be rolled out over the next five years, and it's hoped a large number will be based at the company's premises in Ballymaley.
TTM was founded by CEO Brian Crowley in 2007, with just 9 employees.
Mr. Crowley today credited his staff for the growth of the business over the years.
