British PM Facing Demands For Pre-Brexit Concessions

Theresa May is facing demands by politicians for concessions before crucial legislation – cutting ties with the European Union – becomes law.

The British Prime Minister says the Commons “took a historic decision” by backing the EU withdrawal bill – but she now faces a battle against those who want to amend it.

Among some of her fiercest critics are her own Conservative party members.
