The British government will have to put the Brexit process to the Houses of Parliament before it can trigger Article 50.
That's according to a UK Supreme Court ruling issued this morning, after the government there appealed a High Court decision.
Prime Minister Theresa May has been hoping Article 50 could be triggered, beginning the Brexit process, before the end of March.
