British Expats In Clare Warned That Clock Is Ticking On Chance To Have A Say In Their Country’s Elections

British expats living in Clare are being warned they only have until Monday to have their say on the country's future in the European Union.

There are an estimated 230,000 English, Scottish and Welsh people living in Ireland, including nearly 7,500 who are in Clare.

Many of them are eligible to vote, and can check whether they're on the register on the British government's website, www.gov.uk

The deadline to add one's name to the register is Monday evening at 5 o'clock.
