Britain’s Chancellor Philip Hammond is being accused of caving in to hard line Brexiteers in the Cabinet after admitting the UK will leave the EU’s single market and customs union.
A joint article with international trade secretary Liam Fox in The Telegraph says there will be no “back door” attempt to stay in the Union.
