Mr O'Donnell and his wife Mary Patricia – who owe the bank over 70 million euro – earlier left the south Dublin property after the Supreme Court rejected their bid to appeal a trespass order.

Brian O’Donnell left the house at about 20 to 10 in a Jaguar driven by the Land League’s Jerry Beades – and a removal van was also seen leaving the Killiney home.

Brian O'Donnell says he's taking the matter to Europe.

Meanwhile, the New Land League says the locks have been changed and the Gorse Hill property has been secured this morning – for Vico – which it says is the property's owner.

Brian O'Donnell's adult children are the directors of the company, which is registered in the Isle of Man.
