Talks are underway between the Taoiseach and the North's First Minister at a special Council meeting in Dublin castle.

It's believed Enda Kenny and Arlene Foster are considering plans for an all-island forum following the decision by the UK to leave the European Union.

The forum would allow cross-border groups to continue cooperating on mutual interests.
