The Metropolitan Police say a 44 year old was arrested in the Southall area of London in the early hours of this morning and is now in custody.

Thomas’s close friend Wayne Hughes says he’d been busking on the streets to raise money for Ukrainian refugees just before he was killed.

Locals in Ennistymon are said to be in deep shock following Thomas O’Halloran’s murder.

Local Fianna Fail Councillor Shane Talty says it’s a tragic case.
