Emergency Services Called To Fire At Ennis Hotel

Emergency services have been called to the scene of a fire at the rear of a hotel in Ennis town centre.

The alarm was raised shortly before 8 o’clock this morning, after a fire ignited in a small shed at the Queens Hotel.

There are no reports of any injuries and Gardaí say the hotel has not been evacuated.

Clare County Fire Service remains at the scene, and a section of Francis Street has been temporarily closed to traffic from the Glór junction.
