A Brazilian national has appeared in court in connection with a fatal collision in Loughrea.

23 year old Antonio De Oliveria with an address at Maket Lane, Ballina, County Mayo faces four charges in relation to the incident on Wednesday night.
A cyclist, 68 year old John White of St Laurences Field in Loughrea, died shortly after the collision at University College Hospital in Galway.
The accused will appear in court again in June.
