A book of condolences has been opened at Ennis Garda Station for the late Garda Kevin Flatley, who died in tragic circumstances while on active duty over the weekend.
Garda Flatley was killed when he was struck by a motorbike while carrying out a speed-check on the R132 in Dublin.

The 49-Year old who served as a member of An Garda Siochána for 26 years is survived by his wife and two daughters.
Last night, a memorial service took place at Dublin Castle where Garda Flatley was based.
