Clare Gardaí have seized another vehicle from an uninsured driver in Ennis.
During a patrol on the Clon Road yesterday, the Roads Policing Unit stopped a BMW Saloon for failing to yield to traffic on the roundabout.

An inspection found the driver was not insured on the car and did not hold a valid driving license.
In addition to the car being seized, the motorist will face a fine and penalty points for failing to yield to traffic along with a court appearance for driving uninsured.
