The application of a local waste collection company to enter into examinership will be heard in the High Court later.

Last week an interim examiner was appointed to Mr. Binman after an application by the company – a full hearing on the matter will be heard today.
Customers have bee n assured that it’s a case of business as usual at the firm, saying the process ‘is purely a legal mechanism for the company to source external investment.’
