Bathing restrictions in Kilkee have been lifted this morning.

Elevated levels of bacterial contamination were recorded in a routine water sample on Tuesday, but further tests today have shown the water quality has returned to pristine levels.
Officials from Clare County Councils say they are confident the problem has been dealt with and won't return.
