A bar manager and bar man working at Hayes Hotel in Thurles, Co Tipperary, have been found not guilty of the manslaughter of a guest at the hotel.
The two accused – Gary Wright and Aidan Dalton with addresses in Borrisoleigh, Co Tipperary – had denied the manslaughter through gross negligence of Graham Parish from Lancashire in England.
